Course objectives

Level 4 aims to improve students’ Chinese skills by introducing longer dialogues and scenarios, deconstructing more complex sentence structures and teaching new vocabulary. This course will be conducted in 60% Chinese and students will be encouraged to use as much Chinese as possible to communicate in the classroom.

Level 5 aims to further improve students’ Chinese skills by introducing more complex text types (news articles, emails, short stories etc.), deconstructing sentence structures and teaching more vocabulary. This course will be conducted in 60% Chinese and students will be encouraged to use as much Chinese as possible in the classroom.

Level 6 aims to provide students with the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired through level 4 and 5 in the format of a massive revision and content creation. Students will have the chance to apply and create through role-plays, presentations, creative writing etc.

Level 5

Level 6

只要有恒心，谁都能把中文学好。
